North Central Ohio Hooked Rug Show June 28, 2014

"Be My Valentine"
The theme to our annual rug show and hook in. Information now available for our get together in June this year at Kingwood Gardens, Mansfield, OH.
Bring any rugs for the show. The project this year is to make a valentine to trade. Hooked piece in any medium and any cut to be no larger than a 4"x6 inch mat. Bring your valentine to the show and trade with each other.
This year registration is required. $15 fee will include lunch(choice), snacks, and beverages.
Vendors include The Red Saltbox/Wendy Miller, Gott Wool/ Barb Gott, variety of area fiber artists and craftsman
Registration forms available at area guilds and hooking events. Contact kallman@zoominternet.net if you would like a form sent by email.
Show and hook in 10am-4pm with registration beginning at 9:30am.
Parking $5 per car. Golf cart transport available to and from parking area to the event site. You may also bring carts/wagons to transport hooking frames and equipment which is helpful. No silent auction this year but many door prizes will be offered.
Valentine's Day is just around the corner to inspire you to make your Valentine.
Get your registration in soon, no monies are able to be accepted at the door on day of event. Registration due by June 15, 2014.

Lakeside Retreat

Mark your calendars and join us for another fun filled weekend at Lakeside Ohio. Brochures and registration now being accepted. Retreat open to 25 guests. September 25-28, 2014. This year there will be an optional project. "Pure Joy is Timeless" a 17" circular clock hooked in your choice of color. Dianne Kelly will join us on Saturday during the retreat to discuss her clock pattern and assist in putting it all together to create a functional clock. Don't miss out on the fun.
